Relocation to GERMANY ! Some moments and tips!

Immigrants should move to Germany only after evaluating all the advantages and disadvantages of living in the state. The advantages of moving in the country are the following:

the possibility of obtaining subsidies for the purchase of real estate, financial assistance to provide for children;
affordable prices for food, special offers for the purchase of food sets;
the possibility of immigration to Germany with relatives (on the basis of family reunification);
access to one of the best health care systems (if there is medical insurance, the state covers all expenses for a doctor and necessary medicines);
the possibility of admission to a university under a simplified program;
a decent standard of living for retired people.
Before moving to Germany, it is worth considering the disadvantages of immigration for residents of post-Soviet countries:

the quality of non-cash payments (local banking often does not have the ability to instantly transfer money from one bank card to another, transfers are not implemented on weekends);
the language barrier (for 55% of migrants, learning German causes difficulties, which at first causes difficulties in everyday life and employment).

What you need to move to Germany
Departure from your home country and immigration to Germany for permanent residence is regulated by the laws “On Residence” (AufenthG), “On Citizenship” and the provisions of the Decree on Employment and Residence of Foreigners. These regulations do not apply to EU citizens who have the right to freedom of movement within the territory of the association, as well as their relatives and diplomats. For other categories of persons, moving to Germany for permanent residence provides for obtaining a visa, a residence permit, indefinite permanent residence and citizenship.

After collecting and submitting the required set of documents to the immigration authorities, the applicant is issued a residence permit in the form of an electronic card (eAT). A chip with personal information about the owner, including biometric data, is embedded in the resident’s card. By obtaining a residence permit, a person acquires the status of a temporary EU resident. Applications for permanent residence from applicants who plan to move to Germany for permanent residence are considered after the expiration of the residence permit on an individual basis. Permanent residents will also need to live in Germany for the period prescribed by law before submitting a citizenship dossier.
