Your responsibilities:
- implementation of road freight forwarding services
- active acquisition of carriers and building long-term cooperation with carriers and drivers
- implementation of quality and cost objectives
- coordinating the work of the subordinate team
- preparation of reports and analyses
- ensuring the high quality of transport services offered and their timeliness
- continuous cost analysis and optimization
Our requirements:
- experience in a similar position min. 1 year (welcome)
- practical knowledge of transport services and knowledge of the TSL market
- good knowledge of the carrier market
- education: transport / logistics
- focus on the implementation of assigned tasks and indicators
- organizational and analytical skills
- independence in action and decisiveness
- developed communication skills
- knowledge of Excel and MS Outlook
- ready for shift work, including night work
