Your responsibilities
Managing a team of Sales Representatives, coordinating their activities and motivation
Responsibility for sales and distribution results in the subordinate area,
Implementation of the company’s policy in the field of sales management to retail and wholesale customers
Reporting achievements in the system
Responsibility for planning the Department’s budget
Maintain positive relationships with key customers and acquire new ones
Cooperation with distributors in the subordinate area to ensure the appropriate range
Managing the assigned budget to achieve a specific goal
Our requirements
Experience selling in a similar position
Preferred experience in the meat industry
Highly developed interpersonal and managerial skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Determination to achieve goals
Valid driver’s license cat B.
