Job Description

Your responsibilities
For the newly created fish restaurant Zezowata Flondra we are looking for a person who combines the characteristics of a gastronomy manager and an operational manager.

To take over are administrative duties related to: orders, supervision of procedures and planning of working time of employees, HACCP control, warehouse management, as well as operational duties related to contact with restaurant guests, business contractors and suppliers.

Our requirements
highly developed interpersonal skills, communication and people management skills,
cost awareness and ability to work on numbers as well as tables (Office),
availability both on weekends and during the Week (5 days a week),
high personal culture – we work in a team and for guests who want to always come back to us.
We are looking for an organized person with specific competencies and at least 3 years of experience in a given position. If you feel strong enough to train and recruit a restaurant team, build a suitable menu, supervise f/b/l cost, promote a restaurant on the market, we invite you to send us your CV.
