Job Description
Your responsibilities
Ensuring quantitative, qualitative and timely execution of the production plan
Continuous improvement in production, cost reduction
Daily cooperation with Assembly Service managers, reporting, analysis and ongoing monitoring of the efficiency and effectiveness of production lines.
Initiating actions to optimize processes and eliminate losses in production processes;
Responsibility for maintaining order in the production hall, health and safety standards and 5S-implementation of corrective actions after audits;
Analysis of the causes of errors and inconsistencies
Solving technological and quality problems related to manufacturing processes carried out in the production department
Development and supervision of work instructions, BOM, technical documentation for production and machinery
Supervision of the implementation of local investment projects, resource planning, close monitoring of budget deadlines and targets;
Update production line layouts;
Conducting technological tests and defining requirements for production processes;
Balancing production lines;
Determination of current needs, purchase of tools and equipment for production lines;
Ongoing cooperation with Operations, R&D, Service, Quality departments to develop effective technological solutions for products, as well as implementations on the assembly line
Our requirements
Technical Higher Education (preferred areas: Production Management, Production Engineering, Lean Management,)
Minimum 3 years experience as a process engineer, production manager
Successful experience in the organization of production processes, improvement activities and project management
Knowledge of AutoCAD (prerequisite) and MS Office (Excel) and Lean manufacturing tools
Good knowledge of English;
Independence, focus on purpose and very good work organisation;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
High ability to work in a team;
