Job Description

Tasks and responsibilities
Patient-related tasks:
– Regular obligation to inform about the peculiarities, wishes and problems of the patients.
– Due and complete execution of all necessary and agreed maintenance measures in accordance with the agreement SGB XI.
– Due and complete implementation of the agreed maintenance measures in the area of SGB V in compliance with the activities approved after personal verification.
– Application of agreed and agreed guidelines and procedural instructions in the nursing process.
– Involvement of the patient and his relatives in the entire care process.
– Keeping the care documentation for each care assignment.
– Regular participation in the review and evaluation of care planning.
– Measured use of nursing aids.
Housekeeping:
– Carrying out of all accruing domestic facilities.
Company-related tasks:
– Correct management of the timesheets
– Conscious and documented handling of patient property
– Conscientious handling of apartment keys
– Obligation to participate in the service and case meetings
– Obligation to participate in internal and external continuing education and training
– Commitment to active participation of internal quality circles
– Compliance with the duty of confidentiality to outsiders and third parties
– Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
– Active participation in the further development of internal quality management.
– Presentation and justification of suggestions for improvements to the workflow organization.
