Job Description
Your responsibilities
Execution/completion of orders using a simple system
Basic operation of an electronic vehicle for transporting pallets / baskets within the warehouse of a well-known German grocery chain
Additional simple work within a modern logistics warehouse

Experience in working as a Commissar / or completing orders in stock
Welcome low storage battery trolley driving privileges (optional)
The employer offers
Fixed-term full-time employment contract (guaranteed number of hours) – contract based on German labour and wage law, income tax to the Finanzamt
On-site training and on-site care in Polish (100% paid by the employer)
Basic (starting) hourly rate: 14,00 EUR
Additional performance bonuses: from + 0.5 to even + 6 EUR in addition to each working hour (depending on the employee’s performance)
Attendance bonus +100 EUR per month
From 9 months of employment, the basic rate increases to min. 15,10 EUR / h
Fully equipped accommodation with internet access-organized and co-financed by the employer (an employee with a full month of work pays only 100 euros per month for accommodation)
Shift work (morning, afternoon, night) – according to the schedule
Overtime and night work allowances (23:00 – 6:00) – 25% supplement to the grading rate, work on Sunday (50% supplement)
Half-yearly bonuses (holiday and Christmas)
Fully paid holidays free of work!
Possible additional work on weekends
