Job Description

Your responsibilities
managing the company’s finances (making payments, collecting debts, creating deposits, etc.);
supervision of contacts with financial institutions;
conducting research and analysis of the financial condition of the company and the general economic situation;
supervision over the creation of relevant reports for the company’s management board, executives, shareholders, external entities, etc.;
creating a payment schedule;
reporting on planned payments;
cash flow control;
current analysis of changes in tax and accounting regulations;
cooperation with tax advisor, Tax Office and other tax administration bodies;
verification and issuing of invoices for compliance with concluded contracts;
support of the team in the area of decreeing unusual transactions and presentation in financial statements;
organization and supervision of the duties of subordinate teams, substantive support, moderation of activity and motivation of employees;
improvement of own competences and subordinate team;
representing organizations in external and internal audits;
create Reports, Analyses and reports for the management board of the organization;
participation and supervision in the preparation of the budget of the organization in the part concerning the functioning of the subordinate area;
providing the subordinate team with a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, the code of ethics, labor law, procedures and regulations for Fire Protection. and Environmental Protection;
taking care of the image, property and good reputation of the company;
other orders of the superior;
reporting to the director of operations.
Our requirements
min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar field (in particular in the field of liquidity, foreign exchange transactions and their collateral);
experience in a managerial position;
higher economic education (preferred areas: Finance/Banking, Accounting), ACCA certificate-is an additional asset;
ability to cooperate with the board;
knowledge of English at C1 level;
advanced knowledge of Excel and financial and accounting programs;
ability to think analytically and solve problems independently;
ability to work under time pressure;
commitment to entrusted activities, ability to work in a team;
accuracy, conscientiousness, reliability;
highly developed interpersonal skills.
