Job Description
We are looking for a shift manager/welding specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at our location in Geeste-Dalum.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical management of employees on a shift in the welding shop
- Compliance with production deadlines, productivity and quality in coordination with production management
- Responsible for trouble-free work processes in compliance with process specifications and work instructions
- Identify, plan and implement training needs for employees
- Responsibility for the safety and availability of resources
- Monitoring and compliance with occupational health and safety, fire protection, energy, environmental and quality management
REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training and further training as an industrial or craftsman master
- Additional qualification as a welding specialist desirable
- Several years of professional experience in the metalworking industry and in personnel management
- Ability to prioritize, assertiveness, initiative and communicative behavior
- Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system)
