Job Description
Your area of responsibility
Executing / executing orders with a simple system
The main operation of an electronic vehicle for transporting pallets / baskets in the warehouse of a well-known German grocery chain
Additional simple work within a modern logistics warehouse
Employer’s requirements
The desire to work in a 3-shift system (Night payment +25% -> night allowance is not taxed!)
Own car to get from your home
A sense of responsibility and motivation to work
Punctuality, accuracy and reliability
Welcome
Experience as a commission agent/or fulfilling orders in a warehouse is welcome
Permission to operate a truck with a low battery capacity is welcome (optional)
The employer offers
Fixed – term full-time employment contract (guaranteed number of hours) – a contract based on German labor and salary legislation, income tax to Finanzamt
Internal training and on-site care in Polish (100% of the training is paid for by the employer)
Basic (initial) hourly rate: 14.00 euros
Additional productivity bonuses: from + 0.5 to even +6 euros extra for each working hour (depending on the effectiveness of this employee)
Visit bonus + 100 euros per month
Starting from the 9th month of employment, the hourly rate will increase. basic salary up to 16.65 euros/hour + additional bonuses!!!
Fully equipped housing with internet access – organized and subsidized by the employer (an employee who works for a full month pays only 100 euros per month for accommodation)
Work in shifts (morning, day, night shift) – according to the schedule
Extra payments for overtime and night work (23:00 – 6:00) – 25% class surcharges, Sunday work (50% surcharge)
Semi-annual bonuses (holidays and holidays)
Fully paid public holidays!
Additional work is possible on weekends
