Job Description

Your responsibilities
preparation and baking of cakes, tarts, desserts and products from French and semi-French pastry
preparation of fillings, creams and confectionery toppings
decorating and finishing of confectionery and bakery products
working with a team to ensure an efficient production process
supervising the work of the bakery
creating a menu with the chef
execution of orders necessary for the operation of the bakery

Our requirements
have experience working as a pastry chef and / or Baker
do you know the technology of making French and semi-French cakes
you perfectly organize your work and creatively approach the tasks set
you want to grow and you are open to learning new techniques and trends in confectionery
you are ready to work in the early morning (shift starts at 6:00)
do you want to join a team that will create an interesting place on the gastronomic map of Warsaw
do you know what the current sugar trends are?
you have a sense of humor, enthusiasm and high personal culture
