Job Description
Your responsibilities
creating and supervising a quality management strategy in the area of goods entry;
evaluation of technological, technical and organizational solutions in terms of the functioning of the quality system;
development of quality standards for new products and processes, including the development of quality system documents in the area of entry of goods into the company;
analyzing and monitoring the quality results of the created products and services and ensuring the compliance of processes with the standards specified in the quality systems;
carrying out internal quality audits and commissioning external audits in terms of quality standards;
development and implementation of procedures and instructions creation of Statistics, reports and other documents related to quality control,
support in the field of complaints from customers, including supervision of corrective and preventive actions,
improvement of own and subordinate team competencies.
Our requirements
higher engineering education (preferred courses related to Quality Management, Electrical or technical profile);
required 3 years experience in Quality Department, min. 1 year as coordinator or leader;
experience in system documentation management, knowledge of Metrology principles and Lean Manufacturing Tools;
ability to read technical drawings and electrical documentation;
required: knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, IATF;
knowledge of English at B2 level;
driving licence cat. B.
