Your responsibilities
Preparation of analyses, forecasts, plans, strategies and budgets;
Monitoring the implementation of the above and analysis of deviations
Monitoring the impact of business decisions on an organization’s financial performance
Providing explanations for monthly results, analysing trends and monitoring results against targets
Building reporting and controlling tools to support business decision-making
Active participation in the process of closing the month and year
Active participation in the budgeting process and preparation of operational forecasts
Providing information in response to internal and external audit requirements
Preparing and proposing optimization solutions for operating costs
Close cooperation with the accounting department
Reporting to the controlling manager
Our requirements
Higher education (preferred)
Min.5 years of professional experience in controlling
Experience working on large databases
Knowledge of the language. English at min.B2
Very good knowledge of ERP and Excel Systems, Power BI
Knowledge of the production company’s finances
Experience in cost budgeting and Advanced Financial Accounting
Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at different levels in the organization
Proactive attitude and independence in action
