Your responsibilities
Supervision over the implementation of processes and logistics orders;
supervision, planning and organization of transport, shipments and deliveries;
supervision of ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods;
acquisition of new partners and participation in negotiating the terms of cooperation;
cooperation with the purchasing and production department;
cooperation with the warehouse regarding the correctness of the documentation;
cooperation with the quality department in the field of complaints;
optimization of transport costs;
co-creation of the logistics department strategy;
co-creation of goals and plan for their implementation;
proposals for solutions, development activities for the Department;
organization and supervision of the duties of subordinate teams, substantive support, moderation of activity and motivation of employees;
improvement of own competences and subordinate team;
representing organizations in external and internal audits;
create Reports, Analyses and reports on logistics processes for the management board of the organization;
participation and supervision in the development of the budget of the organization in the part concerning the functioning of the logistics area;
providing the subordinate team with a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, laws, procedures and regulations for Fire Protection. and Environmental Protection;
taking care of the image, property and good reputation of the company;
other orders of the superior;
reporting to the director of operations.
Our requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in a managerial position related to customer service, forwarding, warehouse management;
Higher education (technical / logistics);
English at min. B2;
Driving licence Cat. B;
Very good knowledge of MS Office;
Openness to new challenges;
Ability to manage a team;
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
