Job Description
We recruit for
we are looking for people interested in working as:
Backhoe loader Operator in the production plant (18,75 EUR / hour)
Place of work: Flechtingen (near Magdeburg)
KNOWLEDGE OF THE LANGUAGE IS WELCOME BUT NOT ESSENTIAL!
EXPERIENCE IS ALSO NOT NECESSARY, BUT WELCOME!
Your responsibilities
Production works in the plant producing thermal insulation systems
Operation of plant machinery including excavator-loader and forklift
Loading and transport of production waste and raw material
Work mainly outside
Additional simple post-production work
Employer requirements
Permissions to operate wheel loaders (e.g. VOLVO L120 wheel loader);
Forklift operating privileges
Ready to work in a shift system
Mobility (own car for commuting from the company apartment to work)
Possibility to leave with a colleague who meets the above requirements (then 1 car)
Welcome
Basic knowledge of German / English is welcome
The employer offers
Full-time employment contract-guaranteed number of hours per month
Accommodation fully equipped (paid only 200 EUR/month, the remaining cost approx. EUR 450 covered by the agency)
Basic hourly rate: 18,75 EUR gross / hour + allowances
Overtime rate: 23,44 EUR
Net forks: min. 2.000-2.300 EUR (already after deduction for accommodation!)
Paid holidays free of work
Holiday and Christmas bonus
Our agency does not use the so-called Arbeitszeitkonto, which means that all hours and allowances are paid on time!
The possibility of recovering part of the paid income tax, even approx. 1000-2000 EUR net per year-help from our Accounting Office
