Job Description

Your responsibilities
preparation of internal documentation for newly implemented product ranges for sale, updating of documentation for product ranges implemented for sale based on data from the company’s internal documentation
completion and updating of data in the enterprise application based on internal documentation
close cooperation with other departments in the company
active participation in the process of implementing new trading indices
collection and transmission of internal information
data retrieval from the Impuls computer system
preparation of logistic documentation based on the models of customer documents, documentation for commercial offers
current administrative work of the Marketing Department (preparation of scans, prints, signatures, archiving of documents, direct e-mail correspondence with customers, before the implementation of products for sale)

Our requirements
minimum one year experience in a similar position
secondary education
analytical skills
ability to lead projects-meticulousness, accuracy, organization and planning of working time
good knowledge of MS Office
Welcome
communicative knowledge of foreign languages (English, German)
