Your responsibilities
– Co-realization of sales goals by supporting the team working on the change – active work in the restaurant-Change Management, in order to ensure compliance with company standards by the team-support for young staff who are just starting their adventure in the industry
Our requirements
– Team management and interpersonal skills-communication of current goals, requirements and principles is part of everyday life in this position – being available, involved, conscientious and decision – making person-current Sanepid booklet or desire to make it – experience in co-managing a catering establishment or leading a change in a catering establishment/gas station, store is welcome
